Job Title: Solar Installer

Location: Austria

Working Hours: 8 hours

Salary: Per Hour 12.50/2400 Net.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of solar installation processes and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems on rooftops and ground mounts, including electrical wiring, mounting hardware, and solar panels.
• Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installation.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal system placement and design.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in solar installation is a plus.
• 01 year of experience in solar installation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials.
