Job Title: Seamstress

Location: Latvia

Working Hours: 8-12 hours per day

Salary: 950 Euro.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Seamstress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing, alterations, and garment construction. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and repairing clothing and other fabric-based items to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and sew fabric according to patterns and design specifications.
• Perform alterations and repairs on various types of garments.
• Fit garments on clients to determine the required adjustments.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines and other sewing equipment.
• Work with different types of fabrics, including delicate and heavy materials.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality and design standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to achieve the desired outcome.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest sewing techniques and trends.
 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role in the garment industry.
• Proficiency in using sewing machines, sergers, and other sewing tools.
• Excellent sewing and alteration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to read and interpret patterns and design specifications.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and sewing techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sewing or fashion design is a plus.
