Job Title: House Painter and Decorator

Location: Austria

Working Hours: 8 hours

Salary: Per Hour 12.50/2400 Net.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced House Painter and Decorator to enhance the interior and exterior aesthetics of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering high-quality work, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling holes and cracks.
• Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim.
• Select and mix appropriate paints and finishes for different surfaces.
• Protect furniture and other items during the painting process with appropriate coverings.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations on color schemes and finishes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a house painter and decorator.
• Proficient in various painting techniques and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
