Job Title: Glass Fabrication Worker

Location: Croatia

Working Hours: 8-12 hours per day

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Glass Fabrication Workers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in glass fabrication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble glass components according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain glass cutting, grinding, and polishing machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Ensure that all fabricated glass products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Handle and move glass materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in glass fabrication or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using glass cutting, grinding, and polishing tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to glass handling and fabrication.
