Job Title: Drywall Finisher

Location: Croatia

Working Hours: 8-12 hours per day

Salary: Minimum 900 Euro.

Job Description:

We seek experienced drywall finishers proficient in preparing and finishing drywall panels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, ensuring that all surfaces are smooth and ready for painting or final finishing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drywall panels by measuring, cutting, and fastening them to walls or ceilings.
• Apply sealing compounds and tape over joints to prepare surfaces for painting.
• Smooth out imperfections and ensure a consistent finish across surfaces.
• Sand and finish drywall to the required texture or smoothness.
• Repair existing drywall structures and prepare surfaces for new installations.
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a drywall finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools related to drywall finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work long hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
