Job Title: Construction Inspector

Location: Austria

Working Hours: 8 hours

Salary: Per Hour 12.50/2400 Net.

Job Description:

As a Construction Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will conduct inspections at various stages of construction, identify deficiencies or non-compliance issues, and provide recommendations for corrective action. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to maintain the integrity and safety of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of construction sites, structures, and materials to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
• Document and report inspection findings, including deficiencies, discrepancies, and corrective actions
• Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to verify compliance with approved designs and standards
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicate inspection results and recommendations to project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and inspectors to facilitate inspections and approvals as required
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction personnel on compliance issues and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 01 year of experience in construction inspection or related field
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and deficiencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
