Job Title: Architect

Location: Austria

Working Hours: 8 hours

Salary: Per Hour 12.50/2400 Net.

Job Description:

As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their needs and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget constraints
• Develop design concepts, sketches, and renderings
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and regulatory authorities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Licensed or Registered Architect
• 01 year of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Strong design skills and creativity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
