Job Title: Aluminum Window Fitter

Location: Croatia

Working Hours: 8-12 hours per day

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Aluminum Window Fitters to install and maintain aluminum windows in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fitting aluminum windows and a strong understanding of construction principles.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark locations for window fittings according to plans and specifications.

• Install aluminum windows, ensuring a secure and weatherproof fit.

• Cut and shape window frames, sashes, and other components using hand and power tools.

• Seal fittings and apply finishing touches to ensure a polished appearance.

• Inspect and repair existing aluminum window installations.

• Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.

• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in window fitting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Aluminum Window Fitter or similar role.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to window fitting.

• Strong understanding of construction and installation processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
